Like most organizations you probably have a compelling Mission or Vision, but how do you get from where you are to where you want to be? Sadly this is where many people and organizations get stuck. We provide tailored strategic planning services to help you start reaching your strategic goals!
Implementation.
Strategic plans are only the first step and to be successful they must be implemented in a timely and effective way. You or your organization might not have the time or expertise to implement some or all of the strategic plan, which is why we offer implementation services on a per activity basis.
Content Development.
We know that communication is vital to almost any endeavor, which is why we also offer content development services. This includes things like pitch decks, articles, marketing collateral, video outlines, and potentially even book projects.

Phase 1 - Strategic Plan
Charting a course to missional fulfillment!
Think of a strategic plan as a high level roadmap to help you fulfill your mission and reach your vision. It’s the “How” or the approach to reaching your desired destination. This process always starts with reviewing and bringing clarity to your existing Mission and Vision, so we know exactly where we are going and while taking inventory of where you presently are. With those two ingredients firmly in place, a path can be charted between the two, the Strategic Plan. This includes a series of steps and actions that will help move you towards your end goal.
Phase 2 - Implementation
Walking the course to achieve vision!
Now that you have a strategic plan or roadmap in place its time to start following it by implementing a series of steps. Many times a person or organization doesn’t have the necessary resources in terms of time, money, or talent to implement these steps. In this case we provide cost-effective implementation of one, two, ten or all of the activities recommended in the Strategic Plan.
Examples of implementation work include: web design, system and process design, basic IT, workflow automation, marketing, product development, requirements analysis, organizational structures, job requirements, trade studies, research, analysis, business plans, content development, etc… kinda whatever you need!
