He has spent nearly 20 years in countless ministry endeavors, while simultaneously working as an Engineer, mostly in Research and Development. He holds two degrees in Electrical Engineering, including a Bachelors from the University of Minnesota and a Masters from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a passionate problem solver, drawing on his broad experience and training in ministry, engineering, and business. Specifically, he has served in mega-church, small congregation, and non-profit settings, in both vocational and volunteer capacities. This includes missions work, youth pastoring, speaking and training, mentoring, facilities management, content development, and worship arts.

More recently he has started consulting with both ministries and tech companies on a variety of subjects. His greatest passion over the years though has been discipling and mentoring the next generation of Christian leaders. He has personally mentored dozens of young men in faith, vocation, and simply life. His other top passion has been using his analytical training as an engineer to help bring creative, Biblical solutions to address some of the most pressing issues facing the Church today.
